After 20 grueling weeks of hardcore contest preperation, I won my age group at the “Physique Nutrition” NPC Natural Northern USA Drug Tested Bodybuilding & Figure Championships on October 2nd, 2004.
 
 
 
I am now on a mission to take my weight class in the Open Men's Division.
 
I will detail my off-season training and nutritional stategies designed to pack on as much lean mass as possible.
